At Minerva Mill, we offer the opportunity to work in a beautiful Victorian grade II listed building, sympathetically renovated to provide all the state-of-the-art facilities that today’s businesses demand whilst maintaining a distinctive historical charm. All of our offices are filled with natural light, with many of the rooms exhibiting Norman-style arched windows, spacious high-vaulted ceilings, wooden floors and a warm brick finish. Next door to the Mill and conveniently connected via a bridge, Minerva Works is a modern, portal framed building offering a variety of offices and light industrial workshops. These spaces are ideal for meeting the needs of small scale manufacturing, training, prototype development, research and development projects or similar small business use.

From informal meetings over coffee, to a delicious freshly cooked lunch, ‘The Bubble’ provides an open, comfortable space where you can relax and recharge with hot and cold beverages and a range of snacks available.
